Okay, I've now completed Day One of the 2009 training year!
Last week I rested and did the bare minimum at the gym, to give my knee a little more healing time. But this week, it's back to serious training.
And it was fun! I was beginning to miss the good feeling I have after a nice workout -- both the sense of accomplishment and the relief of burning some calories to offset my never-perfect day of eating.
How about you? Time's a-wasting!

Me too! My leg is still recovering but I snuck in a good 5-miler yesterday. Today I was really good and just did my yoga. :-)
